Love mine but I have no clip Aug 04, 2010 Others have had problems with their case clip. Mine did not come with a case clip and its a great looking case and definitely does not look cheap.
The only problem wiht it is the material sticks up a little too high so when using the touch screen, it sometimes gets in the way.

Great iphone caswe May 28, 2009 This is a good iphone case for the money. Its leather instead of plastic, and adds very little bulk to the phone when its in your pocket. It has an attachment for the belt, but I never use it. The one drawback is the top portion is open, and can get hung on pants pockets and the internal plastic can break. I am just careful pulling it in and out of my pocket and have no problems. Its also one of the only cases for the original iphone, and its hard to find a case at the store that isn't for the 3G phone or that is in any way not stupid-looking.
I love this case Jan 13, 2009 I love this case! I use it without the clip, and have used it for over a year with both my iPhone and iPod Touch. I actually would switch the case between devices because I never got around to finding a second case. The case worked great until yesterday when I finally cracked the top front in the same way that many reviewers reported. Usually I carry the device in a handbag so I don't have to slip it in and out of a pocket; that's probably why it lasted so long. It was great at protecting my devices from many drops (by my kids), and remained snug until I broke it. I'm buying 2 to replace the broken one now. :-)
Attractive and protective case for 1st gen iPhone Jul 18, 2008 Near perfect case, as it not only looks good, but it adequately protects the iPhone from minor drops (0-3 ft.) on most indoor surfaces (have not dropped it outside, yet). Only issue with the case is that it loosens (a bit) over time.
Looks good, feels good, doesn't last. Apr 14, 2008 I bought this case with the holster which gives me options to carry on my belt or in my pocket. Great leather feel and provides the right amount of surface grip. However the open ended top doesn't provide adequate protection. I dropped my iPhone and damaged the top and volume button. Also the open top allows the front panel to catch on your clothes or in your pocket as you pull it out, bending it back to the point where eventually it cracks and you it no longer sits flush to the phone. Also the design has the ear piece speaker almost covered. The only other thing nice about it is easy to slip off the cover when you want to place it on the iPhone dock. But overall I'm disappointed in the design and don't recommend anyone get this. I prefer leather and still trying to find a suitable replacement.
