 Appears to Work, but Doesn't Mar 03, 2010
The price is alluring, but the charger doesn't work. It appears to work on the phone, but it does not charge. I would recommend that you avoid this product.

I was leery of the product to the its price, but it's a gem. Works very well. I use it to charge my Iphone 3G

I purchased two of these chargers because of the price. As soon as I plugged them into my iPhone, I received an error message that the phone was not charging. I contacted the seller and they said that because the charger is not OEM, the phone displays the message, but it will still charge. That's true; however, it charges so SLOWLY that you need to have it plugged in all day for it to charge adequately. If I wanted to be tethered to a wire, I would just use a land line...

After reading the positive reviews I felt comfortable ordering two of these chargers. However, neither one of them worked. After plugging the charger into the electrical outlet the red power light did come on, and my iPhone 3G said it was charging, but no charge was actually being taken by the phone. I confirmed that the issue was not with my iPhone by testing it with the charger provided to me by Apple with the phone.

I thought that because of the price, it wouldnt be too reliable, but it has been working great. Charges pretty fast.
